1. What makes you as an unique hosting company?

Founded in 2008, XDnet Web Services started with the aim to provide honest, reliable web hosting at a fair price. Our product base has continued to expand from just shared web hosting to include domain names, servers and one of our most popular products, Shoutcast Streaming. Much of our success has been achieved through building strong relationships with partners including ICANN and Nominet accredited registrars, as well as working with UK, US and European data centres to ensure we can bring you the best prices and reliability on the best networks.

2.  What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services including, Web Hosting, Domains, SSL Certificates, Reseller Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers (from a wide range of locations), Shoutcast streaming. As well as coding, scripting, SEO, and web consultancy services.

3. What kind of customer support features are available?

We offer support in a variety of ways, from simple Ticket/Email system, Live Chat and soon Phone support (with both 0845 AND local numbers). Also once our new site has been completed it will include a support stats page where users can view live stats of our support times, average ratings and support feedback.

4. How about your local & global market?

We focus mainly on the UK market as we operate from the UK and this is the vast majority of our client base, however we have picked up a variety of clients from across the globe, from Japan to Finland!

5. Tell us about your staffs.

All our staff have a passion for technology and the hosting business, and have vast knowledge about your hosting, how it works and how to quickly and efficiently help you make the very most of our services and products. We aim to be friendly, and supportive to all our clients’ needs, which is the basis for much of our success

6. What are your goals for 2010-2011?

We are aiming to keep growing the business gradually, building our online and social presence on sites like Twitter (@xdnet) and facebook and engage our customers, and the general public in how we work. We are developing a brand new site which we hope will provide a much better online presence and be much easier for clients to navigate, this will also help us to launch new products and services and increase our product and client base much further as we develop.
